How To Order

There are two ways to order services or request repair for your instrument: online or direct-ship.

Direct-ship Orders

It is not necessary to create an order before having your instrument serviced. You may simply ship your instrument to our receiving address at your convenience.

  • Pack your instrument in a sturdy box with adequate cushioning (foam, peanuts, Kraft paper, etc.).
  • CRITICAL: Include your contact information and reason for sending your instrument for service (e.g. "Channel A malfunctioning", "Battery will not charge", etc.). For your convenience, you may download and complete the Service Request Form from the PDF link above.
  • Ship your instrument to our receiving address:

  • If possible, insure your shipment against loss or damage for the replacement value of your instrument.
  • Please do not send any accessories unless you need them repaired or evaluated for performance.

Online Orders

The most common option is to place your order online through our ordering system.

Online Catalog

  • From the catalog page, select your instrument's model series. For example, a 123 is a 120-series Scopemeter and a 199 is a 190-series. Older instruments are listed in the obsolete section.
  • In the catalog page for your model, you will see the products and services applicable to your instrument.
  • For logged-in users, select your instrument from the list on the left bar, or click the CREATE button to make a new instrument.
  • For guest users, simply click the ADD TO ORDER button next to the product or service you wish to order.
  • Once your order has been compiled, click the VIEW ORDER button on the left bar or the Current Order link found at the top of every page on our site. This will take you to your order summary.
  • From the order summary page, click the CHECKOUT button to proceed to the checkout page.
  • In the checkout page, enter your billing and shipping addresses (for logged-in users, the addresses may be selected from a drop-down if you have ordered before).
  • Enter your payment information and select shipping options. Use the Comments section to tell us anything we need to know about your order.
  • Click the SUBMIT button to submit your order for processing.
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail with order details and shipping instructions, if applicable.

Quick Order Form

If you already know what you need, our quick order form is the fastest, easiest way to place your order. Everything you need to create an order is included on one page.

  • At the top of the quick order page, enter your e-mail address and create a password for your account (for guest users only).
  • Enter your billing and shipping addresses by clicking the NEW button under each address type (for logged-in users, the addresses may be selected from a drop-down if you have ordered before).
  • In the Order Content section, select your instrument model under Products or Services. The order line will populate with products and services applicable to your instrument.
  • For services, enter your instrument's serial number and select the desired service.
  • For products, select a product from the drop-down list and change the quantity if desired.
  • Select your method of payment and enter a purchase order number, if applicable.
  • Select your preferred return shipping method.
  • Enter any comments about your instrument or order that we need to know.
  • Click the SUBMIT button to submit your order for processing.
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail with order details and shipping instructions, if applicable.
