Tips & Pointers
A recorder that does not stay on or record through a power outage event likely has an internal backup power issue. The backup power unit is an integral part of the main baord and must be professionally serviced.
If the unit cannot be located on the network or the ethernet port is not working, the ethernet daughtercard is likely damaged or defective and must be serviced.
A channel that does not show activity on the LEDs or if the LEDs don't illuminate, the unit may have internal board damage due to impact to the front case or defective components on the main board.
