Tips & Pointers
If the analyzer will not turn on when a known good battery is installed and/or the unit is plugged into the charger adapter, it is possible the keypad contact foil could be defective. Replace the foil and try again. If the problem persists, further diagnosis and repair is necessary.
If the analyzer only beeps when the power button is pressed, there is an internal problem with the digital processor or related circuitry and the unit must be serviced.
Erratic or unstable waveforms or inaccurate or no channel readings may indicate one or more of the input terminal jacks (bananas or BNCs) are cracked or broken. The input terminals are part of a larger assembly and the unit must be professionally serviced to correct the issue.
